Welcome to ‘…finding sheila’. 

My name is…you guessed it, Sheila!  This blog is a journal of thoughts and feelings I have collected over the last few years.   (I’m only now putting them to paper.  Or rather to computer.)

The last couple years we (as in my family) have seen our ups and downs.  And as I get older I have time to stop and smell the roses, so to speak…and really think about things that are truly important.    I’ve also started a new company…my dream job…creating and selling beautiful, natural and organic bath and body products.   The company is Aventine Hill Bath Emporium.  (you can find a link to Aventine and Aventine’s blog in the sidebar).

I am inspired by my children, my husband, nature and life in general.  It’s a beautiful life.
